Refund Policy

Event registration fees are refundable up to 7 days before the event date, minus any payment-processing charges already incurred. Requests after that point are considered case by case.

Donations are non-refundable except where required by law or where a donation was made in error — contact the association promptly in that case.

Membership dues are non-refundable once a membership tier has been activated.
