RUAA collects the information members provide when registering, updating a profile, or registering for an event — name, contact details, batch and department, and any payment records needed to process dues or donations.

We use this information to run the directory, process membership and event payments, send association communications, and maintain committee and financial records. We do not sell member data to third parties.

Members control what appears in the public directory through their profile's visibility setting. Contact the association to request a copy of your data or its deletion, subject to records we're required to keep for financial or governance purposes.
